Payroll application allow business to store and manage employee database such as previous organization Experience, Designation, Qualification, Contact, banking information, Pay slip details., etc. Also, employee can view all the details and download their Pay slip from employee profile.
Payroll software typically includes tax management features to help businesses comply with Indian tax regulations. This application has Investment declaration for both previous year and current year. This form is filled and agreed by all employees on their investments (PPF, Life insurance, Mutual fund investment, etc..) which helps them to calculate or predict taxable amount of each employee. It guide the employee to derive exact tax value for employees and choose the regime either new regime or old regime.
Employee can submit leave request through the payroll application. They specify the type of leave, duration with supporting documents. Approvers can review and approve/reject the request. The application maintains and updates leave balances for each employee. It stores the appropriate count of leave when request are approved/rejected and reflects the remaining balance accordingly.
This menu had various features especially for admin who handles this application. The Framework is designed in a way that admin can easily add new item in the dropdowns, add/edit the tax Declaration form component, add new earnings/deductions descriptions in the Pay slip and get values dynamically with no customization.
